Reception Package - $1,490

Best for: couples who have ceremony and cocktail hour audio covered and want a polished reception experience without enhancements options.

Our Reception Package includes professional DJ entertainment for up to 5 hours, with premium sound, dynamic dancefloor lighting and ambient uplighting to enhance the look and feel of your venue.

We provide a clean, modern setup designed to complement your space, along with a well-presented experienced professional DJ who understands how to read the room, manage the music flow and keep the night moving smoothly.

Full Day Wedding Package - $1,890

Best for: couples who want one trusted provider managing music and audio from ceremony through to reception.

Our Full Day Package covers your ceremony audio, cocktail hour audio and our reception package, giving you a seamless music experience across the entire day.

Included:

• Ceremony sound system and music playback

• Wireless microphone support for celebrant, vows and readings

• Guest arrival and ceremony music

• Cocktail hour sound system and music playback

• Reception Package

• Wedding Music Planner access

• Support with key songs, timing and formalities

This is the best option if you want the full day to feel connected, professional and stress-free.

Signature Wedding Package - $2,190

Our Signature Wedding Package includes ceremony, cocktail hour and reception package, plus selected premium optional enhancements to elevate the key moments of your night.

• Full Day Wedding Package inclusions

• Dancing on a Cloud for your first dance

• Four cold sparkler units for one key moment, subject to venue approval.

• Personalised monogram projection, where suitable

• Premium sound, lighting and music planning

• Full access to our Wedding Music Planner

• Coordination with venue staff, photographer and videographer to help maximise timing, placement and capture of key moments.

This package is designed for couples who want a seamless wedding soundtrack with elegant visual moments that feel unforgettable in the room and look incredible in photos and video.

Optional Enhancements - $180 each
(included in signature wedding package)

Enhancements can also be added individually to selected packages, subject to venue approval and site suitability.

These optional extras are designed to elevate key moments and add a more memorable visual experience to your night

Available Enhancements

• Dancing on a Cloud
  Ideal for your first dance, creating a soft, low-lying cloud effect across the dancefloor.

• Cold Sparklers
  Perfect for entrances, first dance, cake cutting or feature moments.
  $180 per unit - minimum 2 units required.
  Subject to venue approval and venue setup conditions.

• Personalised Monogram Projection
  A custom-designed projection featuring your names, initials or wedding details, creating a premium visual feature for your reception.

Some enhancements may require venue approval or site suitability checks. We can help guide what will work best for your venue and event layout.

First step - Check Availability

A $200 booking deposit secures your wedding date once availability has been confirmed with NuFlava Entertainment.

Your deposit is applied toward your total booking balance, with the remaining balance due 7 days prior to your wedding date, unless otherwise agreed.
